Pack them inside orders, mail them with your invoices, stack them at the point-of-purchase, hand them out at meetings, distribute them to resellers, deliver them door to door, have them inserted in newspapers, trade them with other organizations that have a similar audience - flyers are the ultra-flexible marketing medium.
A flyer, printed in one-color on one-side of an 8 1/2 by 11 inch sheet, is arguably the most efficient, effective way to distribute a lot of information for a small amount of money. It serves two purposes. First, it acts as a mini-poster, a stopper that hooks you with enticing image and reels you in with a provocative headline. Second, it provides all the space necessary to present lots of information - in this case, over 300 words worth.
Next, use the headline to highlight the primary benefit of using your product or service - in this case to "Dine, chat and play your way to Mt. Rushmore." Describe the enjoyment it will deliver or the pain it will relieve.
Below the headline, create a big, long caption that summarizes the key details of your offer. It is far more likely that your prospect will read this than read the rest of the text, so be sure to include the important points then sign it with the name of your organization.
Use the large text area to paint a word picture about the experience. Think of it as a way to answer the questions your prospect might answer in a typical phone call. Include the big picture of how, where, and why that reader might use your product or service, quote satisfied customers, speak in "you" and "your" terms and provide all the detail necessary for your prospect to understand your offer. Then wrap it up with a clear call to action - the next step your reader should take to continue or complete the transaction - to call, visit, log on to your web site and so on.
Production is easy - you can print copies directly from you printer or print a master copy in high resolution and take it to a commercial printer to have it reproduced by the hundred. Printing the final page on a color sheet of paper will help make your flexible flyer that much more of an eye-catcher.
All templates are compatible with the C5000 Series, C7000 Series and C9000 Series digital color printers from OKI® Printing Solutions.
